The 15th & 15th short run around Steiner. Casey, John, Kathryn and I took it pretty easy. John and I picked up the last two miles: 8:25, 7:51, 8:18, 7:01, 5:57. Felt very good - I didn't ride yesterday...it's nice to have fresh legs on a Monday morning.
